OKINIKI — USER AGREEMENT (NON-LEGAL, LONG, PROTECTIVE VERSION) 1. Agreement to Use the Service By using any Okiniki website, app, content, or feature (“Services”), you acknowledge and accept this User Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Services. 2. Service Overview Okiniki provides digital content, online tools, media, platforms, and interactive features. These Services may change, update, expand, or be removed at any time. The Services are offered as-is and may not always run perfectly, quickly, or without interruptions. 3. User Responsibilities You agree to use the Services in a respectful, responsible, and reasonable manner. You also agree not to: - interfere with the functioning of the Services - disrupt servers, networks, or systems - attempt to access areas you are not supposed to access - upload harmful files, viruses, or damaging content - impersonate other people - misrepresent information - publish spam, abuse, or inappropriate material - cause harm to other users or Okiniki systems - try to reverse engineer or bypass features If you misuse the Services, your access may be limited or removed. 4. Accounts and Security If an account is required: - You are responsible for keeping your login information private. - You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your account. - If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, stop using it until it is secure again. - Okiniki may modify, suspend, or close accounts if necessary for safety, stability, maintenance, or misuse. 5. Content You Submit You may create, upload, submit, or share content when using the Services (“User Content”). You remain the owner of your content. By using the Services, you grant Okiniki permission to: - store the content - display it on the Services - process it for features to work - back it up - modify it for technical formatting or optimization This permission is necessary for the Services to function.
